Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Support team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls for global customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound international calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality and performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
Escalate unresolved cases to the next level when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and listening).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good typing and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and high-volume calls.
Flexibility to work in
Night and Rotational Shifts (including weekends if business requires).

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in an international voice process (Customer Support / Tech Support / Collections / Sales).
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Willingness to work in
Night/Graveyard Shifts
.
Immediate joiners preferred.
