Job Description

Role Objective:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across multiple departments and regions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across functions such as sales, operations, tech, and support.
  • Create and publish job descriptions across job boards, internal portals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.

Sourcing and Talent Pipeline

  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Assist in organizing interview schedules, debriefs, and candidate evaluations.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates, managing expectations and addressing queries.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate drop-off points.
  • Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring status reports for leadership.

Employer Branding and Events

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media, career events, and university hiring.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts to promote the companys culture and EVP.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
