Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to drive Jellyfish’s growth and success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effective and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on where we are in the recruitment process and highlighting any blockers and challenges.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive experience for all candidates through effective and timely communications, giving them an accurate understanding of Jellyfish and the opportunity they have applied for. Communicate decisions relating to their application and provide objective and specific feedback to candidates.
  • Operational Excellence: Accurate use of the ATS and other TA tools, maintaining regular updates and best practices. Ensure the shared G Drive is used and documents are stored in the correct place.
  • Employer Brand: Position Jellyfish as an employer of choice and build brand awareness through phone screens, emails, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Commercials: Contribute to business commercials by maintaining accurate data for financial reporting.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Understand the team and individual KPIs and SLAs, and demonstrate awareness of how these impact their role.
  • Project Coordination: Contribute to global projects and complete tasks to support the success of the TA strategy.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels to source and engage candidates and proactively pipeline talent in identified key markets and capabilities. Identify suitable universities/schools/3rd party organisations to engage with for early careers programmes. Screen and shortlist candidates effectively and present the most suitable candidates to the business.
  • People Team Collaboration: Work closely with the People team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding, supporting a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working with global talent acquisition
  • Proactive & Relationship-Oriented: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates through clear, consistent communication and a consultative approach to hiring.
  • Candidate-Centric Mindset: Prioritises a positive candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and empathetic, ensuring every interaction reflects Jellyfish’s values and culture.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Maintains accuracy in recruitment processes, from ATS management to documentation, ensuring efficiency and a structured approach to hiring.
  • Brand Ambassador Mentality: Represents Jellyfish with authenticity and enthusiasm, effectively communicating the company’s culture and opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Uses hiring metrics and insights to refine sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions that align with business goals.
