Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and campus outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback between candidates and hiring panels.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
  • Enhance employer branding through social media and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare analytical hiring reports and present them to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong interest may apply).
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Experience hiring across functions — tech, operations, sales, or support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution style.
  • Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
