Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 1+ Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fitment. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers regularly. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS.
