Telecalling Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to introduce company products or services.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Assist in generating qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
• Students pursuing graduation or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
