Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and generate interest
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning
  • Research and gather data on target markets and potential customers
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and schedule follow-ups or demos
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads
  • Share relevant product/service information with prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Freshers or students pursuing/completed graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
