Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller position based in Jaipur. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients and students to inform them about NEET Peak's offerings, such as test series and study materials. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address queries, and provide guidance to students or parents. Additionally, you will assist in converting leads to enrollments and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in telecommunication and customer engagement Prior experience in an Edtech or educational sales role is preferred Ability to build rapport and convey information effectively Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools is advantageous Knowledge or experience with NEET preparation or educational processes is a plus
