Job Title: Telecaller (Full-Time) Company: Unacademy Bilaspur Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-Time Industry: EdTech / Education Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Working Days: 6 days/week Job Description: Unacademy Bilaspur is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our admission and counselling team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospective students and parents, promoting our JEE/NEET/Foundation courses, and driving walk-ins and admissions for our offline center. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents. Explain course details, fee structures, and benefits clearly. Convert leads into walk-ins and ensure successful admissions. Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (basic English preferred). Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is an advantage.
