We are hiring Telecallers for our catering company.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for catering enquiries and bookings.
Explain menu options, event packages, pricing, and services clearly.
Handle inbound calls related to orders, functions, and catering requirements.
Collect event details (date, venue, guest count, menu preference).
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain customer database and update enquiry status.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for booking confirmation.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Experience in telecalling or customer service (catering/hospitality preferred).
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, call logs).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
