Role Overview


Talent Acquisition Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
  • Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
  • Support campus hiring and fresher recruitment initiatives
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process


Eligibility & Skills

  • Recent graduates of any stream
  • Interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS tools (preferred)
  • Strong willingness to learn and take ownership
