Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers regularly.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS.
