Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment activities end-to-end. This role will give you hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building a strong candidate pipeline within a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments
Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals and social platforms
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
Keep recruitment trackers, HR databases, and candidate records updated
Contribute to employer branding and hiring-related initiatives

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned task
