This role requires a data-driven thinker who can lead campaign execution across multiple channels, optimize ROI, and scale performance through continuous testing and learning. Key Responsibilities of PPC Manager: Develop and manage paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and increase conversions using A/B testing and data insights. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, presenting actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and copies. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices. Implement tracking mechanisms such as UTM codes, pixels, and analytics tools for precise campaign measurement. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns with quantifiable results. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Expertise in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
