610 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing; hands-on experience with SEO

tools and ad platforms

Drive growth strategy, manage performance marketing campaigns, oversee SEO initiatives, boost

retention and engagement, own analytics and experimentation

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan spanning paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing

channels.

Use data, user insights, and market trends to identify new • growth opportunities.

• Optimizing every stage of the customer journey from acquisition to retention this role is for you.
• Take ownership of core metrics CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rate, and funnel conversion.
• Budget Management:
• Plan and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
• Track spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget.

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Display, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital

platforms and other platforms.

Required Qualifications

Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for • performance and ROI.

• A/B Testing & Optimization:

Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies to improve campaign

effectiveness.

• Regularly refine targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with content and tech teams to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
• Monitor SEO performance — CTRs, keyword movement, and organic lead conversions.

Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns through email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and

remarketing.

• Create personalized user journeys and automation flows to keep users active and engaged.

Partner with product and content teams to enhance the overall user experience and foster repeat

engagement.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and

other relevant platforms.

• Run A/B and multivariate experiments to drive performance improvements.
• Share regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations with leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and PPC advertising.

Work closely with content creators, designers, and the broader marketing team to align PPC

strategies with overall marketing goals.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and target audience requirements.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with PPC campaigns.
