Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college.
  • 1-2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ready to work 6 days a week with 2nd Saturday off every month
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Talent acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
