Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns. Generate high-quality B2B international leads through strategic email marketing initiatives. Create and optimize email content, subject lines, and templates for better engagement. Build and maintain email databases while ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Segment email lists based on user demographics, behavior, and engagement. Ensure proper A/B testing of email campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Work collaboratively with the sales team to nurture leads and drive business growth. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation. Key Requirements: Mandatory: Strong knowledge of B2B international sales lead generation. Experience in bulk email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.). Familiarity with email deliverability, spam filters, and GDPR compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
