We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Amazon Business Development Executive to join our sales team. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you'll focus on acquiring and onboarding new sellers on Amazon. You'll work proactively to grow their businesses on the platform, achieving individual sales targets and supporting broader marketplace growth. The candidate should have a strong background in Amazon seller services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential e-commerce sellers via cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels. Educate prospects about Amazon’s seller services and value proposition, guiding them through registration and onboarding. Manage end‑to‑end seller conversions, ensuring timely follow-up and handover to internal operations/partner support teams. Develop and refine effective go‑to‑market strategies to acquire sellers at scale. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to optimize the seller journey and improve onboarding conversion rates. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets (number of seller sign‑ups, revenue GMV, etc.). Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (ideally in e-commerce/Amazon seller service /B2B sales) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship-building skills and a target-driven mindset Analytical mindset: ability to interpret performance data and optimize outreach strategies Benefits: Friendly work environment and supportive team.
