We are seeking Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset, and previous experience in international voice process. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential international clients to pitch digital marketing and web development services. Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and offer tailored service solutions. Follow up diligently with leads and maintain updated records. Maintain a consultative sales approach and handle objections confidently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
