Key Responsibilities Design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites and web applications. Create responsive layouts optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Work collaboratively with developers to implement and refine web designs. Ensure design consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines. Optimize websites for speed, performance, usability, and SEO compliance. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices. Translate business and functional requirements into effective design solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web design. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is preferred. Sound understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and time management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is mandatory for consideration.
