As a Web Designer/UIUX Designer at our company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality websites using Framer. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating brand guidelines and project requirements into functional, engaging, and responsive website designs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development to bring ideas to life. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups within Framer. - Ensuring all designs follow UX/UI best practices and are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility. - Continuously testing and iterating on website design based on user behavior and analytics insights. - Staying current with web design trends, particularly within the Framer ecosystem. - Designing UI elements such as buttons, icons, and layouts for websites and apps. - Helping establish and maintain visual consistency with colors, typography, and design guidelines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Hands-on experience and strong proficiency with Framer is mandatory. - A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, specifically those built in Framer. - Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured. - Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is a plus. - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
