We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on web design trends, UX patterns, and best practices.
Design graphics for web use including banners, icons, infographics, and illustrations.
Test and iterate design solutions based on user feedback and data analytics.
Support in updating and maintaining website content when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Web Designer (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and web accessibility standards.
Creative mindset with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
Exposure to basic JavaScript or front-end development is a plus.
Experience designing for SEO-friendly layouts.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
