We are seeking an experienced Call Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of customer interactions across calls, emails, and chat. This role focuses on maintaining global-quality service standards, ensuring compliance, and delivering a consistently professional customer experience. You will work closely with management teams to identify gaps, provide actionable feedback, and support continuous performance improvement. 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and assess outbound calls, emails, and chat for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Review sales calls for script adherence, objection handling, closing techniques, and product knowledge. Evaluate service interactions for communication etiquette, empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Identify skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvement strategies. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with sales teams to align quality standards with business goals. Support training initiatives by creating materials based on recurring performance gaps. Ensure all communications comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines. Conduct calibration sessions to maintain consistent evaluation criteria. Track and analyze the impact of feedback on performance trends.   👥 Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst in sales and/or customer service processes. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM platforms, call monitoring tools, and MS Office. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver constructive feedback.
