Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing entry-level and junior candidates for technical roles
• Collaborate with team members to identify hiring needs and strategies
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Assist in maintaining the candidate database and ensuring data accuracy
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms
• Support in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the
• recruitment process
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings as required
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
• Previous internship or academic projects related to HR/recruitment are advantageous

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
