Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT Recruitment).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers.
Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for talent sourcing/recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
