Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT Recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for talent sourcing/recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
