Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. The role involves developing and executing employer branding strategies, as well as communicating effectively with hiring managers and candidates. Additional tasks include managing IT recruitment and ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT Recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
