·      Manage a team of BIM Engineers, Drafter and Coordinator
·      Provide estimated hours and time line for new business inquiries in guidance of the Project Manager
·      Project Set up, Family creation/Downloading relevant families, Revit Template creation as required
·      Quality check BIM projects, coordinate with clients for project and technical discussions
·      Verify the RFI raised by the JR/MEP BIM Engineer before sending them to the clients
·      Interpret and explain the BIM Execution Plan to Team Members
·      Resolve issues arising while working on the project
·      Plan training programs for team members
·      Providing timely feedback to team members and document them for future development plans
·      Identify potential skills of team members, soft skills and other traits of team members while allocating work
