Job Responsibilities Develop Presentation Drawings, Conceptual drawings, Planning drawings, Good for Construction drawings, Working drawings, 2D CAD Drafting and detailing, 3D visualization for international construction companies, Architectural firms etc. based in US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe. Work on creating sketch up models, Revit models as per international CAD and Architectural standards Liase with US based Principal Architects to discuss design intent and code compliances Participate in client calls for project related discussions Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills in English In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, sketch up Ability to work on Working drawings, Good for Construction Drawings (GFC drawings) and visualization images for presentation Knowledge of Revit and BIM platform will be an added advantage Architectural Outsourcing industry experience will be an added advantage Perks and benefits 3 Saturdays off in a month Yearly bonuses in addition to fixed pay Total 31 paid leaves in a calendar year Well designed cafe and play area for recreation
