JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise day-to-day site execution of civil works Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings & specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Manage labour, materials & machinery at site Check levels, alignment, layout & measurements Ensure quality control & site safety norms Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) Coordinate with design team & project manager Support billing & measurement work Maintain site records and documentation QUALIFICATIONS Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing & quality standards Ability to read structural & architectural drawings TECHNICAL SKILLS MS Office (Excel, Word) Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred) Site measurement & quantity checking Knowledge of IS Codes & site safety OTHER REQUIREMENTS Willing to work at project site Good communication & coordination skills Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines Honest, responsible & team-oriented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,225.17 - ₹41,726.47 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Ability to commute/relocate: Harmu, Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
