The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models that support design and construction processes, ensuring accurate and coordinated digital representations of projects. Role & responsibilities Develop 3D BIM models using ArchiCad (or other BIM software as applicable) based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the design and construction phases. Prepare drawings, details, and schedules extracted from BIM models. Ensure adherence to company and client BIM standards and protocols. Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to design solutions. Assist in developing BIM libraries and improving modelling workflows.
