This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an E-Commerce Operations Manager. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of our online store, manage inventory, fulfill orders, optimize the online customer experience, and ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes. This role also includes analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to increase e-commerce revenue, coordinating with marketing and customer service teams, and managing vendor relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics 1 to 2years Experience in analyzing sales data and implementing revenue optimization strategies Familiarity with digital marketing and customer service coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and vendor management skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
