Manage and respond to customer inquiries through calls, chat, and email. Guide customers in selecting products and completing their purchases. Ensure a seamless order process including tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution. Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer queries effectively. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to resolve order-related concerns. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams. Achieve individual and team sales/retention targets.
Manage daily sales operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry & other marketplaces. Optimize product listings, pricing, and campaigns to maximize sales and visibility. Plan and execute promotions and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order processing. Track and analyze sales performance and generate reports. Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.
