The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, audience engagement strategies, and organic growth techniques. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, grow our follower base organically, and support overall marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives. Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms. Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth organically. Content Creation & Creative Direction Conceptualize and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content ( should able to create images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, etc. by using latest techniques of AI ). Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver visually compelling content. Write engaging copy and captions aligned with brand voice and tone. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations Identify, reach out to, and negotiate with relevant influencers, creators. Manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution and performance analysis. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and partners. Community Engagement & Growth Engage with followers daily by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to grow followers organically and boost overall engagement. Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Paid Promotions & Boosting Plan and execute targeted paid campaigns and post boosts to maximize reach and conversions. Track and optimize ad performance to ensure the best ROI. Analytics & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, etc.). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategy and content performance. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing past work and successful campaigns. Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices. Proven track record of organic follower growth and engagement improvement. Experience in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships. Excellent skills in content ideation, copywriting, and creative direction. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of paid ads, boosting, and targeting strategies. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into compelling content. Preferred Qualifications Experience in running campaigns for e-commerce based brands. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
