Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support for computer hardware, including assembling, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop engineering issues. Offer printer troubleshooting and maintenance solutions to resolve common issues with printers. Configure networks by setting up routers, switches, and other network components. Troubleshoot hardware problems using various diagnostic tools.
