Job Description

Sales & Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers for solar product awareness and lead generation.
Handle inbound inquiries, explain product features, pricing, subsidies, and ROI benefits.
Schedule site visits and follow-up calls to close sales.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic financial calculations (units, savings, payback period).

Operations Coordination

Coordinate between customers, technical teams, site surveyors, and installation crews.
Track project progress: site survey design approval installation commissioning.
Maintain documentation including KYC, agreements, load data, and installation photos.
Ensure timely submission of DISCOM applications for net metering & approvals.
Monitor inventory and material dispatch with warehouse/operations team.

Customer Support

Provide pre- and post-installation support.
Resolve service issues by coordinating with technical teams.
Maintain strong relationships to gain referrals.

Requirements

Experience in
solar sales / operations / renewable energy
preferred.
Strong communication and calling skills.
Basic understanding of electrical/solar systems (training provided).
Ability to multitask and manage field and office coordination.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting.
