Branding, Communication and Events Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing professional with experience in the Pet Care, Pharma and/or FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will excel at representing the brand at events, trade meets, conferences, and will drive in-store branding, retail visibility, and on-ground brand activation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Events, Trade Meets & Brand Representation

Plan and Manage end to end industry events, trade shows, veterinary conferences, seminars, and distributor meets.

Collect and report back customer insights, queries, and feedback from events.

2. Retail & In-Store Branding

Plan and execute physical branding activities such as POS materials, danglers, posters, shelf branding, standees, and window displays.

Work closely with modern trade, general trade, and pet store partners to ensure brand visibility and compliance. Audit branding quality and ensure effective utilisation of visual merchandising assets.

Coordinate with external agencies for design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.

3. Campaign & Content Support

Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, promotional content, brochures, and educational materials.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across on-ground activities and partner networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing & Business or related field.

3-8 years experience in Pet Care, Pharma, FMCG, Veterinary or Animal

Health or Consumer Healthcare industries.

Strong experience in event marketing, trade shows, and physical retail branding.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel frequently for events, retail audits, and activation programs pan India.

Knowledge of pet care or FMCG retail ecosystem preferred.

Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Creative eye for visual merchandising and physical store branding.

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with sales and

product teams.
