Role outline

This is a front-line revenue role. We are looking for a 360-degree sales professional who can handle and drive the end-to-end sales cycle and take entire ownership of it. For the initial 6 months, the focus would be to start driving the revenue and lay the foundation to be able to build a team on. We are on the hunt for a strategic partner who can deepen their roots in the IT network and convert the enterprise accounts with smart sales tactics and business acumen.

Key Responsibility:

Strategic Hunting & Prospecting

  • Should be capable of generating and nurturing leads through existing networks and professional connections.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify US-based companies requiring Captive Teams, Squad-as-a-Service, or IT contract staffing
  • Generate and own your pipeline end-to-end
  • Demonstrate the ability to open net-new accounts, beyond relying on an existing Rolodex
  • Penetrate targeted verticals such as SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, and Enterprise Tech

Deal Execution & Closure

  • Practice

    consultative selling

    by diagnosing technical and operational pain points
  • Position Synapse’s

    Captive Team and Staff Augmentation

    models as scalable, cost-efficient solutions
  • Lead negotiations for

    MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards

  • Apply a strong understanding of

    US staffing economics

    —bill rates, pay rates, margins, and burden
  • Own the complete sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract

Account Expansion & Partnership

  • Follow a

    Land & Expand

    strategy—once a client is landed, manage the relationship to ensure quality delivery and expand the engagement from a single resource to a full squad/team.
  • Manage strategic client relationships post-closure to farm future opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between

    clients and delivery teams

    to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Drive long-term account growth and repeat business.

Revenue Strategy & Forecasting

  • Own quarterly and annual

    revenue forecasting

     
  • Build and maintain a

    realistic sales pipeline

    with weighted probabilities
  • Track and improve conversion metrics (lead → meeting → deal → closure)
  • Align revenue plans with hiring and delivery capacity


Key Skills Required:

  • 12+ years of experience

    in selling IT services, staffing, staff augmentation, and SaaS to US clients
  • Deep understanding of

    US business culture, sales cycles, and decision-making dynamics

  • Proven hunter with a track record of closing enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating independently with full ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo.io, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset—capable of evolving into a leader as revenue scales
  • Willing to travel for Business meetings, global expos, seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Flexibility to work in the US time zone if required.
