Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development, located in Jabalpur. The Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a high-performing sales and business development team, and driving strategic initiatives to expand market reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. This leadership role provides an opportunity to significantly impact UWO’s growth and success.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and oversee all sales-related activities
  • Proficiency in Business Development, with a proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
  • Experience in Team Management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in B2B environments or the technology sector is a plus
