Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The individual will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, coordinate business development initiatives, and ensure optimal customer service to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, leading client negotiations, and managing a team to meet organizational targets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to guide business decisions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sales team.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Proven experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leadership skills with a track record in Team Management
  • Customer Service experience and ability to nurture client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
