Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy Director of Sales & Business Development to drive net-new client acquisition and revenue growth in the US market, with the role based out of India. This role requires someone with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing services deals in areas such as Product Engineering, Application Modernization, and AI solutions. You will be the front-line representative of our organization, building strong relationships with product leaders, CTOs, and technology decision-makers, while working closely with internal presales and delivery teams to drive consultative, solution-led sales.



This role is based in India, but demands someone who has worked with US customers, is comfortable working US time zones when needed, and has a valid US B1/B2 visa & prior US travel exposure

  • g.Independently source and close large services deal
  • s.Build and nurture C-level relationships (Product Heads, CTOs, VPs) in target account
  • s.Understand customer needs around Product Engineering, cloud, data, and AI solutions to position offerings effectivel
  • y.Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline managemen
  • t.Collaborate with presales and delivery teams on proposals, SOWs, and solutionin
  • g.Consistently achieve/overachieve sales quotas and earn bonuses tied to successful deal closure

s.Key Requiremen

  • tsExperience Level: 7-10 years in IT services sales, with at least 5+ years of experience selling to US customer
  • s.Proven Track Record for the US Marke
  • t:Closed net-new deals worth ≥ $400K annually, sourced directly by yo
  • u.Can name customers and logos they have brought in the last 1-3 year
  • s.Demonstrated bonuses/incentives earned from deal closure
  • s.Demonstrated sales in areas like outsourced product development, user experience, and AI solution

s.Sales Skill

  • s:Strong conversationalist with a polished, confident presence in video and client meeting
  • s.Consultative approach; able to lead value-based discussions with product and technology leader
  • s.Skilled in outbound prospecting, partnerships, and solution sellin
  • g.Process Discipline: Excellent CRM management, forecast accuracy, and proposal collaboratio
  • n.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud, digital engineering, data, and AI/LLM solution
  • s.Work Location: Based in India, but fully responsible for US market closures. Travel when neede
