Role Overview As a Director of Sales & Growth at GOODWEEKS TOURISM PRIVATE LIMITED, your main responsibility will be to establish, lead, and scale the national sales team. Working from the coworking space in Aerocity, New Delhi, you will take charge of building a high-performing sales force by hiring, training, and managing sales executives across major cities. Your role will involve designing commission structures, sales KPIs, and monthly targets, as well as building a client base of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) through outbound strategies and partnerships. Additionally, you will be expected to establish and manage luxury B2B relationships, own revenue growth, provide monthly performance reporting, collaborate with the VP & CEO on brand and growth strategy alignment, and represent GOODWEEKS at luxury and business networking events. Key Responsibilities - Hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives across major cities - Design commission structures, sales KPIs, and monthly targets - Build a client base of HNIs through outbound strategies and partnerships - Establish and manage luxury B2B relationships (resorts, event firms, etc.) - Own revenue growth and monthly performance reporting - Work directly with the VP & CEO to align on overall brand and growth strategy - Represent GOODWEEKS at luxury and business networking events Candidate Requirements - 5-10 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales leadership, preferably in luxury travel, lifestyle, or hospitality - Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing sales teams - Existing network within the HNI or corporate elite segment is a big plus - Fluent in English and Hindi with exceptional communication and presentation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality - Must be based in Delhi and able to work daily from Aerocity In case there are any additional details of the company in the job description, please provide them for further insights.,
