Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for the

  Europe market

  in technology staffing.
• Drive

  new business acquisition

  from global IT services companies and enterprise clients.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities across key accounts.
• Act as a

  hands-on sales contributor

  , actively engaging in client meetings, pitches, and deal closures.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve their goals while setting high-performance standards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful staffing solutions for clients.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–15 years of proven

  sales experience

  in

  technology staffing / IT services

  .
• Strong track record of selling to

  large IT services companies

  and

  enterprise customers

  in Europe (experience in US market is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

• Strong existing network of

  CXOs, procurement heads, and staffing decision-makers
