We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role requires on-ground sales activity, client visits, and promotion of travel services—ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and closing deals in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking
• Promote travel packages and corporate booking services to B2B and B2C clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Handle inquiries, explain services, and follow up with prospects
• Negotiate and close deals with corporate and individual clients
• Work closely with internal teams for booking coordination and support
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain visit logs, client records, and reporting

Requirements

• Field sales experience (travel or hospitality industry preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with corporate bookings or B2B travel sales is a mandatory
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel within the NCR for client meetings
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email handling)
• Own bike and valid driving license – mandatory
