Job Description

Sales Field Executive in tractor loans

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Sourcing:

    Generate leads and source customers for new and used tractor loans through open market channels, existing customer data, and collaborations with dealers, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Client Management:

    Meet clients, explain loan products and terms, verify documents, and assist with the application process.
  • Loan Processing & Disbursement:

    Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file sanction and timely loan disbursement.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals, as well as with dealers and channel partners to ensure a steady flow of business.
  • Target Achievement:

    Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursement and related financial products.
