As we scale, we’re looking for a results-oriented, strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and help shape our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities : Drive B2B sales with a focus on corporate travel and group bookings Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets Lead and support the sales team in day-to-day operations Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve offerings Track and report performance using CRM tools and analytics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field 3+ years of sales experience (travel or hospitality sector preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms Passion for the travel industry What We Offer ₹25,000/month fixed salary Attractive, performance-based incentives Career advancement opportunities in a growing company A dynamic and collaborative work culture Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
