Experience & Compensation

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in
core life insurance sales
is mandatory
CTC:
Up to 3.50 LPA + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

Drive direct life insurance sales through field activity and customer meetings
Acquire new customers and close business without dependency on agency or partners
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance
Deliver assigned targets consistently and contribute to branch-level growth

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

experience
