Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles)

  • Sales & Target Achievement:

    Driving and meeting monthly/quarterly life insurance sales targets (NOP & Premium) through the partner bank.
  • Partner Relationship Management:

    Building strong, day-to-day relationships with bank branch staff and management.
  • Training & Enablement:

    Conducting ongoing product training, regulatory updates, and sales skill development for bank employees.
  • Lead Management:

    Assisting bank staff in lead generation, tracking, and converting opportunities.
  • Operations:

    Ensuring smooth sales processes, managing daily activities, and monitoring quality parameters (ECS, low surrenders).
  • Reporting:

    Generating MIS and reviewing sales plans for the channel.
  • Work Location:

    Often seated within the partner bank's premises.
