Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop media plans aligned with objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets and achieve target CPC, CPL, and ROAS metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and descriptions for search and display ads.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and structure for better visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement technical SEO improvements and resolve crawl issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content marketing.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create monthly content calendars targeted for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Design and implement organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics, generate reports, and manage community interactions.
- Use scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for efficient content planning.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Set up and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Manage live chat and lead capture tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- Execute and track email marketing initiatives.
- Nurture leads through the funnel and achieve monthly targets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
- Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversions to derive insights.
- Present actionable recommendations and visual summaries to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress or similar CMS.
- Publish blog posts and optimize for SEO.
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates.
- Ensure optimum performance and user experience.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams.
- Manage vendor or agency relationships as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Professional certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
- Completion of advanced digital marketing training from recognized institutions.
Experience
- 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience across multiple industries (B2B/B2C).
- Portfolio showcasing successful outcomes and campaign metrics.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights
- SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools
- Social Media: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
- CMS: WordPress, basic HTML/CSS
- Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic level)
- Other Tools: Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp, Zendesk, CRM platforms
