Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
📲 App Growth & Performance Marketing
- Run paid campaigns on
Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok
to drive installs & leads - Set up and manage
remarketing funnels, lookalike audiences
, and app install ads - Optimize creatives using tools like
Canva, AdCreative.ai, and Meta Ads Manager
📈 ASO & Analytics
- Conduct
keyword research, optimize app store listings
(iOS & Android), and improve ratings/reviews - Use
Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, GA4
to track installs, user events, and conversions - Monitor CAC, CPI, ROAS, and DAU/MAU regularly
📣 Social Media Marketing
- Create & publish content, carousels, and reels for
Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat
- Support daily scheduling using
Hootsuite, SocialBee, or Buffer
- Collaborate with creators & influencers for weekly activations and product shoutouts
💸 Affiliate & Influencer Campaigns
- Onboard affiliate partners and influencers
- Manage tracking links (UTM), dashboards, and performance reports
- Support in scaling revenue from
Premium & Pro plan subscriptions
🔍 SEO & Content Marketing
- Assist in writing and publishing SEO-optimized blogs using
Jasper, SurferSEO, ChatGPT
- Contribute to content planning for HitFame News, workshops, and promotional events
- Manage internal linking, backlinks, and performance analytics
🛍️ CRM, Email, and Push Campaigns
- Set up
email, SMS, and WhatsApp
drip campaigns for new users and leads - Use tools like
Mailchimp, MoEngage, or ActiveCampaign
to design and automate journeys - Create reactivation, upsell, and referral campaigns
Must-Have Skills
- 3–7 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in
mobile apps, D2C, influencer tech, or entertainment
) - Proven knowledge of running paid ads, app install campaigns, and affiliate programs
- Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Firebase, Canva, GA4, ASO tools
- Strong creative instincts and analytical mindset
- Good communication, copywriting, and execution skills
