This role involves promoting brands, managing digital campaigns, and building strong digital visibility for various in-house and client-based projects. Role Objectives Build and optimise data-driven digital marketing strategies. Execute high-performing social media and paid advertising campaigns across multiple projects. Enhance brand awareness and lead generation for Datameris and associated clients. Use analytics and marketing tools to monitor performance and improve results. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Marketing (Primary Responsibility) Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to targeted audiences, including B2B and B2C. Create content plans, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. Coordinate with designers and content writers for tech-focused creatives and messaging. Build brand authority by sharing case studies, product updates, thought leadership content, and tech insights. 2. Meta Ads & Paid Social Media Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, product awareness, hiring campaigns, and remarketing. Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximise ROI. Track and optimise KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. 3. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Manage Google Ads campaigns targeting IT service buyers, tech leads, and software product audiences. Conduct keyword research, manage bidding, write ad copy, and optimise landing pages. Create detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. 4. SEO & Website Optimisation (Secondary Responsibility) Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical improvements. Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly web enhancements. Monitor Search Console metrics and improve organic visibility. 5. Analytics & Data Monitoring Track campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies. 6. Project Management & Coordination Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, content) to align marketing efforts with product/solution updates. Communicate with clients (if required) regarding campaign results and marketing suggestions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong expertise in social media marketing . Experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-project campaigns. Working knowledge of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 & Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console. Excellent understanding of audience targeting, marketing funnels, and conversion optimisation. Strong communication and analytical skills.
